Our story
From association to society — our journey
The Society complex comprises 160 residential units across 10 Buildings of G+3 floors each, located at Plot
no 8, Sector-3, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Earlier Residents' Association functioning to manage day-to-day operations pending formal registration.
Following persistent efforts by core members, the society was formally registered as Heramb
Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. on 20th November 2025 under the Maharashtra
Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
Supplementary lease deed with CIDCO has successfully registered. The society is currently on its path to
undertake Redevelopment of its Complex for which the necessary PMC has been appointed, Feasibility Report
conducted, Tender Floated as on date which are under evaluation.
